Perfectionist.
He came home from his press conference this afternoon, and found me yet again, superglued to my laptop.
“Baby…… whatcha doing?“ he said in that teasing, sing-song voice.
“…working. 
” i replied guiltily.
“Baby, stop working, you’re already done! There’s nothing left to do with it, it’s perfect. Even Liz and Jess said so, and they wouldn’t lie.”
“THERE’S ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO! Arghh it’s not ready yet!! Can i not launch it tomorrow please.”
Liz and Jess are David’s sisters who, i believe would tell me to my face if my work totally sucks. So we showed it to them and waited with bated breath, and the results came back with flying colours, yay :)
But still. When im lying in bed i think of how to improve it.
When im cooking up some lunch i think of how to improve it. And i burn my finger.
When im watching American Idol get disappointed with my favourite Andrew Garcia so distract myself by thinking of how to improve it.
And i can’t *not* launch it tomorrow, I’ve already announced it officially. Aiya.
But i suppose it’s only normal to feel this way. So incredibly nervous to show the world my blood sweat and tears, well, in a manner of speaking.
And by the way, just a little note.
I used to pride myself with the fact that An Old Flame was solely my blood, sweat and tears. I created and manage pretty much everything you see on the website, from the creative front to back-end programming.
But i must say, for this new chapter; I could not have done it without David.
Absolutely no way.
And about that press con he just returned from earlier today.
His band Disagree received 6 freakin’ nominations for the upcoming AIM awards 2010!
2 for Best Video, 2 for Best Song, 1 for Best English Album, and 1 for Best Album Cover.

Of all the sweats and tears, at least it pays the effort and worth it right? Congrats again! :)
And by the way, did I just realize that ur bf is actually one of the guitarist of Disagree? No wonder he looks so familiar! I ‘ve actually seen them Live here in KK twice, giving them a little card each. Heehe :p Please send my regards to them!
