To the basement, people! To the basement!
Hello!
Am taking a break from the stuff I’m seriously into right now, to report to you about the stuff I’m seriously into right now.
For this week, at least. Last week was different, and next week will certainly be as well.
- Sex and The City [series] - Finally caught up with all 6 seasons over the months! Yes I know I’m slow :) but better late than never! Freaking funny, all their love/sex problems, and mostly very relatable.
- The Inbetweeners [series] - So. Fcuking. HILARIOUS. This one’s a British sitcom about 4 teenage (borderline loser) boys trying to survive high school, girls, bullies, strings of unbelievable bad luck, and mainly adolescence wtf. Seriously, thank god for British humour, otherwise my life would be so incomplete.
- Planning a photoshoot [for An Old Flame] - also followed by a (short) string of bad luck, I’m trying to keep my cool and handle it before it turns into a disaster! Tick tock tick tock!
- HTML and PHP coding is a BIATCHHHHH. I’m starting to see why website programmers charge a bloody fortune for their services. To pay for their eyesight repairs.
- Luckily, music heals my soul. Going through a huge folder of new music, slowly testing them out one by one. Some are o-kay, some not so okay - and others BLOODY FANTASTIC. Damn, i still get a high whenever i discover new awesomeables :) like Two Door Cinema Club.
- The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas [movie] - One of the most epic movies I’ve seen in a really long time.

It’s about the WWII Germany and the holocaust, seen through the eyes of an 8 year old boy, the son of a Nazi commandant. Now, usually war movies can be pretty boring for me, but this one’s not particularly focused on the war / guns & bombs / soldiers & tankers / boring stuff. It’s about innocence, and friendship. Really gut-wrenching and heart breaking story. Damn cute kid too :) Go see trailer here!
Was having a discussion with a friend and he says this movie is boring - I’ve concluded that he has no soul.
Dezzall! End of report, k gtg scout for new venues now, hope i don’t stumble into ghosts on the way :( Quoting my wonderful bf on my way out, “Why do you think these places are deserted? Because it’s probably haunted.”
Naiiiice, thanks for that timely and enlightening little trivia.
Currently listening to: Two Door Cinema Club - Undercover Martyn ♫
(♫ genre: indie-rock, indie-pop, alternative)

i concur! the movie is just so heart-wrenching and i cried bucket of tears at the friendship they have made and they way they died in the end. what an irony, to accidentally kill his own son using such an unorthodox method

Hey I was watching that movie the other day (before my mother so rudely interrupted wanting to watch some other junk).
Just by reading the synopsis I was like woah I HAVE to watch this.
I’m a sucker for movie set in the 40s esp during WW2 and the whole Nazi thing.
Oprah Auchswitz epsisode few years back, it made me cry like hell. Yea tht shit always does one on me. From the time I was a kid.
So now I shall resort to downloading the movie. heehee.
