Shannon sent me this picture on Facebook a couple of days ago. Taken off Postsecret.

:D

Me: Omg thanks for sharing this, im so happy! :D :D :D by the waaay, what happened to the copy i gave you? -_-

Shannon: Hahaha! Now that i saw it on postsecret, im definitely gonna read it.

Me: Wth. After those countless times of me pestering you to read the best book in the world, that didn’t work la? But now that you see one picture on postsecret, THAT worked la? -______-

Peh.

Whatever. No matter how naggy I am or try to be, I must accept that Postsecret is way more influential than I am.

:) but really, I’m over the moon that The Little Prince made it to Postsecret! :D :D :D whee!

Good to know my favourite children’s book didn’t just touch *my* heart, but someone else’s out there too. Restored some of my faith too, because the only 2 people I personally forced persuaded nicely to read the book, both attempts failed miserably -_-

I’ve mentioned The Little Prince countless times on my blog too. For those of you who haven’t read it yet, please do. It’s rather short, less than a hundred pages, and with many many scribbly pictures.

And if I couldn’t convince you to, maybe Postsecret can :)

Anonymous: it’s about…… i dunno, i cant explain although it’s such a short children’s book. It’s all very whimsical and magical and while it’s wonky and cute for children, it also has a deeper meaning for adults. I dont know if i make sense, haha just read it la ;) You could try most bookstores, Borders and stuff. and you’re welcome.

The Little Prince was such an awesome book, my aunt gave it to me when I was really little with a note inside saying that I’ll appreciate it all one day in the future :)
