Love, love, love!

Hello happy readers, friends and family and maybe even strangers!

At the risk of sounding like an annoying mushy lovebug you’d simply love to swat, I’m just popping by very quickly to wish everybody a very Happy Valentine’s Day!

(And I do mean very quickly, I’m supposed to be showering and rushing out the door heh)

I know right, I really do think I have multiple split personalities or something, some days I’m that sarcastic agro emo brooding love-is-overrated meh- girl you all know and love, (i hope)

But today, (or these few days for that matter), I’m full of happy pappy rainbows and sunshine smile til it hurts mushy corny jagung love-is-in-the-aaiiiirrr! *swat*

But best part of it all, I’m not the only one who seems to have caught the lovebug this season?
Texted a few friends wishing them Happy Valentine’s Day! and most if not all of them replied back with many happy hopeful stories

So far,

someone’s treating his girlfriend (or so to speak) to some wine, some place fancy with pretty lights and architecture,
someone’s been dared to spread the love in the office and give his scary boss a big Valentine’s hug,
someone’s having dinner for two at Boyfriend’s place where he’s becoming chef for the night with a surprise menu,
someone err, is simply getting lucky tonight, ;) and admits he’s lucky to have her.

Aww :) it’s all so nice.

As for me? Well,

Me and my special someone has planned for a Valentine’s weekend, instead of one day lol.
It’s off to a good simple start, Friday night was spent chowing down on yummo Japanese dinner (while I chow down daintlily of course), and we popped open a bottle of wine and giggled the night away and made fun of Michael Buble songs, although I love that guy. :) both guys, for that matter.

As for the rest of our weekend, I dunno, we’ll gaze into each other’s eyes and do normal boyfriend-girlfriend-y stuff until we get sick of each other by Monday hahaha. I don’t know, might keep you posted ;)

But essentially, may *your* day (or entire weekend!) be filled with love sweetness hugs and kisses and all things mushy and jagung from all your loved ones, friends and family :)

   Anonymous: Vday conveniently fell on Saturday, so i reckon most people took advantage of that and spent the whole weekend away.
