Ouh, what a beautiful mess.
Sorry for the lack of updates. It’s been an interesting couple of weeks, to say the least.
For the most part, I’ve been REALLY busy. Working on some pet projects I’ve been dying to implement for months now, running around between meetings, orchestrating photoshoots, learning learning learning and being on the go. Things have been so crazy I had to stop and catch my breath for a full day on Sunday, only because I crashed and burned and fell sick, aiyo, damned speed bumps.
All will be revealed….. soon. Very soon, in fact :)
I can’t help myself la, my hands are itchy, some say too itchy for my own good :/
But work has been all-consuming, and all-distracting, which I’m very grateful for at this point.
And my room has reached an all-new high with its level of messiness. (the photo is not my room btw.)
It is partially due to work. Work and work, books from past exams, unpacked bags from Singapore, unopened packages from online shopping, more work and work, and just general mess. God help me, I can’t find my things anymore :(
But then I also wonder if the condition of my room is in any way related to my current state of mind. One. Big. Mess.
Have you ever noticed how mess tends to grow if you don’t clean it up?

I was in absolutely no mood to party last weekend, although there were some pretty crazy events, TAG vs. Mystery Jets (UK) on Friday, and Lapsap vs. Knatz (BKK) on Saturday,
Gingey managed to drag my moodless knackered ass to Saturday’s party right after the shoot for some cheermeups and I thought hm I’m in no mood to layan layan socialize, but I don’t mind dancing like crazies in one corner hogging my Long Island Tea <3
But I ended up having a pretty good time with everybody :) as I always do.

Catch up session maximus have already begun, over Malaysian food and mamaks galore because those people are seriously deprived
And they came bearing gifts and chocolate nyum nyums! Oh god I’ve missed them. Both the lovely best friends and the chocolates.

I must say, I’m not really feeling a whole lot of Christmas spirit this year.
Doesn’t quite feel like Christmas when you’re swamped with studies, and then work immediately after that, and a couple of boo hoos and what nots :(
No time to even stop and smell the mistletoe! At the risk of sounding like a total scrooge.
But the besties are back :) all is right in the world again, haha.
And I love my friends, so there will at least still be Christmas presents :)

I am looking forward to a challenging but exciting 2009, when I will be encouraging us all to do whatever we can to support each other, in all that we do across the World. In this regard, I would welcome your individual thoughts early in the New Year, on how we can best support each other moving forward and what changes you would like to see, in order to facilitate that improvement.

Anonymous 1: well, if you're looking for paid jobs and you're serious about it, the best thing you can do is to get an agent. Otherwise, for people like me who's not serious into modelling and whatnots, i just play by ear, with friends who's in the industry :)
Same thing goes for freelance dance, you kinda need to know people in the industry who'll give u contacts, or refer u to their boss/choreographers. Im not sure if they hold auditions or whatever, hmm. When it comes to freelance, i only ever danced for Switch Productions whereby a friend/dancer under them set a meeting between me and the choreographers, and the rest was history.

oh since I’m currently working full-time, I’m not very serious into modelling or photoshoots, but I just wanna learn and have fun. I’m sure there’s always something I could learn from, right? so do you have any friends who’s in the industry? can intro pls?
