What is it with human nature and their desire for all things bad for them.
We know that if we play with fire, we’ll get burned
And yet we crave for that very danger and excitement, even if it means drizzling the entire tank of gasoline over ourselves and ask for the match.

Been feeling a bit shitty over the past weekend
But on the brighter side, all this temporary depression is making me not want to go out much, so I seem to be studying more at home. Yay. :)

Other than that, here’s what’s been occupying me.

I’m finally starting to take a liking towards Incubus, upon borrowing my sister’s collection of Incubus CDs. Which i later realised was a bad idea.
Fight like hell the urge to blog, because I’m tempted to bawl my eyes out inducing word-vomit, and regret it later.
Wanted to read my favourite chapter of The Little Prince again, but i don’t have the book anymore.
Online retail therapy. Ok this one helped a bit :)
Some cheering ups by some friends. Although they have no idea what’s going on in my little head and I’m a quiet cryptic like that, im sorry. But it helped a bit :)
I miss my best friend / therapist. Who’s left the country to be with sane people.

And as if there’s not enough bad news in the world, what with the politics and crumbling economies all around us

Only last week I found out that 2 of my friends’ parent has been recently diagnosed with cancer.

:( wow the world is looking pretty dull right about now

i like ur first paragraph! lol.. i can really relate to that. i think the idea of it all is that we humans think that life has to be dramatic in a way for it to be fulfilling.

and when something good happens to us, we’re afraid that it won’t last long or it’s too good to be true… ;P
