I woke up this morning, peaceful, serene, and still in a daze, my sleepy eyes peeking through the mounts of blankets and bedsheets. And I saw that the sun has come up.

My morning peace and serenity lasted a short 4 seconds.

After which I went into a blind panic; because when you have an early 8am class and you wake up to see the sun already shining, that means GOOD JOB you are so effing late T__T

OMG WHAT TIME IS IT. I reached for my handphone on my bed side table but it wasn’t there.
I searched all my usual spots where the blasted phone would usually turn up; on every table, on the floor, under the bed, under the tables, (apparently i do some kung fu kicks in my sleep), in my numerous handbags I have lying around the room, everywhere. Extra panic.

I turned my whole room upside down and guess where I found it in the end?

In the dustbin -__-”

I cannot for the life of me figure out how that happened.
Either I did some serious kung fu move in my sleep, probably in retaliation when the alarm went off,
Or did I actually have so much fun last night (although I didn’t mean to), and tipsily chuck poor Sammy (the Samsung) into the dustbin?

Last night was the Heineken Green Room preview party @ Cloth & Clef,

Hansen and I planned to stay only for awhile, as I had classes and he had an early flight the next morning.

Lapsap’s art project

Joyce‘s

The inner workings of a WALKMAN wow very old school word

Discman, WALKMAN (lollol), and i think that’s a DJ turntable.

Gerald slapped dunnowho’s hat on my head, nyeh

Xu & Blink

They were dropping some awesome lapsap beats which got me and Gerald itching for the next lapsap party which is *cough*tonight*cough*

*itch itch*

I must always remember to wear extra high heels around Hansen, bugger’s almost one head taller than i am >_<

And we did leave early-ish as intended, but we dropped by Frangipani on the other side of the road, and what was supposed to be another “short while” ended up to be a couple more hours chatting and just having a laugh with the owner/chef Chris hilarious fella, that one

And I swear I had one of the best Mojito‘s in my life there, although it was super silly strong (which is never a bad thing….)

Damn frustrating, I’ve had 2 mojito’s from 2 different places in the past couple of weeks and both of them turned out completely horrible ok la im outraged and upset enough to reveal the places to you.

The first one was at Bangkok Jazz where I had my mojito served with ice cubes, I like mine with crushed ice. And it tasted a bit bland la.
The second one was at LaundryBar. I ordered a mojito but I got limau ais instead which turned into ais kosong in 5 minutes.

How hard is it to make a good Mojito, can I ask you

Actually I want to try. I’ve always had a quiet fascination towards the art of mixing drinks and bartending, ever since I was 14 years old. Which is a story for another day.
I tell people this story and they say, “Ouh so young, no wonder now so alcoholic la.”
meh.

Some learn to cook, others learn to bake, I want to learn how to make alcoholic drinks.
Champion la me.

So anyway, back to Frangi’s, :)
Mojito was fantastic sial, and later Chris brought me a drink called the Stubborn Blonde, which was something new and tasted like a dream :) and in my case it was, I was getting a tad dreamy tipsy by then, hehe.

Hence the flying handphone into the dustbin -__- or was it the kung fu?

:+:+:

Anyway, I’m gonna go study my arse off now, to punish myself. For having slightly too much fun than allowed, dumping Sammy, and being late for class.

And reward myself later tonight.

Toodles!
