Femmes for Fitness & Fun
Went jogging around Kiara Park @ TTDI today with Daddy-o, and I think he’s still a bit surprised that I asked to join him. Glad, I could tell. But still surprised.
Back when I was dancing a lot, I didn’t need to do much jogging *pfft* dance was all I need *pfft pffahh*
My dad always tried to get me to jog more often, mainly ’cause it’s good exercise and he’s terribly biased
he’s a marathon runner
And I always said nooo leave me alone *pfft pffahh*
But now that I’m dancing way less, I still need to keep up my fitness in one way one another right.
Father-daughter bonding session running around the park.
Also finally got to talk to him about a lot of things that’s been on my mind lately. Future and career-wise, I guess. Big weight lifted off my shoulder :)
And he’s the one person in my family that challenges me, well, in terms of stamina.
The dude’s a bloody marathon junkie, how to keep up wei
*huff puff huff puff*
And it started raining mid-run, I was soaked and squinty-eyed through the pouring evening rain and we still continued jogging.
Papa Ong: “You don’t stop during a marathon, not even in the rain! Let’s go!”
Cynthia Ong:
“Hoh!” *determined face*
But in the end of the day, jogging + rain = achoo
