Happy Merdeka!

Headache wei, this year I had close friends celebrating the birth of Malaysia all over the place, it was hard to choose which one to go for.
But one of my major pet peeves is to celebrate the holidays in the city, or anywhere public for that matter. What with the traffic jams, the annoying kids spraying white foam / sticky confetti all over you and your car meh.
It’s somehow set in my mind. Holidays equals chilling house session, or yamcha would suffice.
And in my special case, Friday and Sunday night already party hardy, gimme a break on Saturday please!

So I spent my Merdeka eve with the Fcrue boys, they sold me with the idea of drinks by the pool at Eugene’s condo @ Parkview next to KLCC, and watch the fireworks mmn
And I haven’t seen those hooligans in awhile so okay :)

Later on, Eugene kept apologizing to me, “Sorry you’re the only girl Cyn, a couple of girls from my uni were supposed to come but they pulled out last minute!”
“Omg chill la, I’m practically a guy around you boys already whut “

Mengyee: “Oyasuminasaaai!” (actually i cannot remember what jap word he said to annoy me, i made that up)

Other patrons of the condo came up to watch the fireworks too, nearing the countdown.
But the view was a bit of a disappointment, the fireworks were partially blocked by the buildings despite our strategic location beside KLCC

Oh, and about the sidebar music player,
thanks for doing the poll, and the verdict is NAY hahaha true enough not everyone’s gonna share the same taste in music, and it’d be annoying for songs to keep playing out of nowhere *furiously clicks top right X button*

Plus my favourites will keep changing and being the lazy bugger I am, I probably won’t update the sidebar in months
