Last-week-of-Loft week
Sorry for the lack of updates. Super busy week, this one :/
It’s Progress Test week, so I’ve been studying at seriously odd hours like I always do on PT week. Like studying til 3am, then wake up at 5am to study some more, then go for 8am exam. Yeah.
There’s something about the whole studying during the night time peace and quiet, excessive amounts of coffee in my bloodstream, the last minute pressure, plus the sheer physical and mental exhaustion that really gets me going 
And although the PT marks don’t count in the final ACCA exam, but hey self-assessment is still important right? 
(right?)
And it’s also Merdeka week, and last-week-of-Loft@Zouk week, put them together and what do you get?
Wednesday night – Lapsap & Co.
Friday night – TAG Jumaat Terakhir
Sunday night – TAG Merdeka Terbang Layang Indie Riot
Siao.
And at first I thought, oh nooo progress test week and super-ultimate-party week clashes, boo cannot party must study, BOOO :(
Then I saw the timetable for exams,
Wednesday morning exam, Wednesday night can party,
Friday morning exam, Friday night can party,
and then happy havoc weekend lah 
YEAY
But now that The Loft is closing down for a major revamp and that’s byebye to TAG for awhile,
Seriously, what are we going to do with ourselves on Friday nights?
It’s been quite a weekly fix for us lately, and I kick myself every time I think ARGH why didn’t I discover this alternative indie electro heaven much earlier? TAG’s been around for 4 years or so now, and I only discovered it a couple o months back. Why la. Whyy!!

No la, Twilight Actiongirl will be back :) We’ll just have to find other ways to amuse ourselves while they’re gone.

What happens when you find this uber cute tight-fitted long top at the store, PLUS it’s on sale, But they ran out of sizes? Which always seems to be the case, right
Buy it anyway. Especially if it’s a size or two bigger ;)

Having been frequenting Lapsap’s monthly private parties @ Palate Palette, this very rare occasion where they hold open parties was a first for me.
Can’t say for sure which I prefer, PP’s definitely not as packed as The Loft, omg la Loft seriously needs more space
But Loft has kickass strong drinks, I like!
Always leaves me happy happy high, oh their infamous long island tea
I usually only have beers at PP, which does nothing for me la
The music? Awesomely banging as usual 
well, maybe it was a bit more awesome this round because I had crazy long island tea in my system, hee

Cindy damn lagging la you I went to TAG in 2005/2006! This was back before Thursday was the new Friday!
Then Laundry and Maison had to make Thursday the night to be out… resulting in pancit-ness for Friday.
And yes I felt damn conned when I went on Wednesday and saw that it was reopening! So it wasn’t final. Not that I want it to be, but at least it’s always there when I want to go…
