We Goin’ a Treasure Huntin’
But first, a lil’ sidebar talk.
See that big purple slightly distracting box on the right? Yes it’s my poll :)
I didn’t quite like the idea of a poll when Nuffnang first introduced it recently, I opted to take it down at first,
but then (aiyo long story i’m suddenly lazy to tell) long story short, Nuffnang put the poll back up, and I’m kinda warming up to it :) but not at all to their initial generic questions,
ie. Are you… Feisty? Pretty? Elegant? Cute? Relaxed?
On a Friday night, you are likely to… Go solo? Feast on vegetarian food? Hug trees?
Wth! Sorry Nuffnang, but who the heck came up with those questions 
quite fail la.
So I created my own poll. My own curious questions.
But then again curiosity killed the cat, didn’t it.
But whatever, do the poll alright? :) meow.
Oh and I finally updated (and renamed) my Wishlist, now Things-To-Do-Before-I-Die List.
Taken out some of the obsolete, and added the new.
Like I took down ‘TO NEVER GROW UP’ in big bold lettering because, hmmn, now that I *am* inevitably growing up, I’m kind of enjoying it :) embracing it. No more awkward phase of wanting to remain a teenager forever and calling myself Twenteen!
As for the new additions, well,
if you’ve been reading my blog recently then you’d expect it to be up there :)

The weekend’s junksale was AWESOME. Phwoaar, I was on a total shopping high when I got back on Saturday 
lugging my super heavy sack-full of loot, woot woot!
But when the high slowly subsided I then realized I was also having a headache, prolly ’cause it was really hot and stuffy in there too, heh.
But DURING the shopping and digging and searching for treasures, nope not hot at all! 
I was on a roll la, that day.
Some days if I just got no mood, amazing stuff right under my nose also can miss. But when i’m *in* the mood, HMM. Get out of the way 
God, some things were going for like super cheap.
One vendor was selling vintage stuff (like real vintage from grammy’s closet) and I practically tore up her poor little shoppe, tee hee, and I ended up buying so much stuff from her, all for only about 50 bucks!
When I clutched one of the vintage bags I found (10 bucks only WTF RIGHT, WTFFF),
I overheard a girl nearby whispering to her friend, “Shit that bag damn nice” and her friend replied, “Go steal la”
YEA RIGHT tough luck, sistaa!
Ok there’s a lot of capital letters going on I’m sorry I’m so loud, but CAN YOU FEEL MAI EXCITES! 
And I would go back again on Sunday too but cannot la, must discipline a bit. ‘Cause I’ll probably spend the entire day there again and not study, just like Saturday T.T

First stop was Showpink.
Actually had lunch with Mingshen at Ms. Read @ BV2 first, nothing like a good full lunch before you start on your treasure hunt
Oh, and the darling is just finished with her exams how lucky!
On the way to Showpink, we popped by Shawn Cutler to meet a friend, and I spotted Fey (one of the hairstylists there I met at Lapsap haha random) in this really cool tweed jacket.
“Fey, that’s a cool jacket!”
“Oh? And it’s only 10 bucks! I got it at the Showpink junksale.”
“What.”
“Come come let me show you more stuff!”
He took me to the front counter and pulled out a REALLY NICE leather vintage carrier sling bag that he got for…..
“Also 10 bucks!” “Oh. My. God. ok i have to go now bye.”
Whee! Their infamous wonky chandelier :)

That’s - DAMMIT i forgot his name.
I bought this super cute clutch from him, chatted with him for awhile know where he works now and made it a point to know his name - then i forgot -_- for heaven’s sake why am i always like this.
One cool clutch gone mine now!

Haha, I know, WAS on a shopping high, but now damn guilty! People who passed by our car said that my sisters and I can open our own bazaar! -___- The avanza was filled, if my mom has seen it, she would have a heart attack, HAHA. Post up your buys! Would love to see what people bought! :D

i don’t know if you remember me but we uh kinda spent the last new year’s together? haha man that sounds weird! i know i know i was a complete anti-social twat that night but the boyf and i were having a mini cold war, our friends ditched us, and sigh let’s just say it wasn’t a fabulous night for me :( hehe anyway yes stumbled upon your blog - we have common friends!! - and realised HEY i’ve met you so thought i should say hi! love your entries and your pictures and aaaaahh to awesome junksales! i’m coming back to KL soon (in the uk now), i’m dying for shopping highs tooo!!

anonymous: um, no not really junksales are pretty much listed all over the net at random and blogs (like mine) randomly review it whenever we hear something :) but junksales in msia dont happen very often anyway, probably one or two months once. But recently new fashion blogs are keeping up. tongue in chic and shopaholics den or something :) go google!
siokngi: the whole interior decor of showpink is tre cool ;) haha i showcase what i bought, but roar maybe after exams lah. or just follow up when i wear em and take pictures, Hee Hee
